This community is for those who follow the Weight Watchers points program and who benefit from daily food journaling. I personally know that I only lose weight when I write down EVERYTHING I eat every day. It also motivates me to know I have to show my food journal to others, and it's comforting to see other people doing the same.
Of course, this community isn't ONLY for daily food journals. It's also for talking about your WW experience, asking for and giving diet/exercise support, recipe swapping and any tips and tricks you can think of to help other WW members. Please, though--if you do join this community, try to post your daily food journals as often as possible. It doesn't work if no one posts!
